| dc.description.abstract | У статті йдеться про те, що на сьогодні інформаційний складник є рушійною силою у секторі безпеки і оборони України (СБОУ). У Збройних силах України (ЗСУ) та Національній гвардії України (НГУ) основним елементом здобуття та аналізу інформації є органи (підрозділи) розвідки. Обґрунтовано, що, вивчаючи досвід союзних країн, членів НАТО, ми можемо бачити елемент їх системи розвідки та перейняти дієву систему ISTAR. Саме завдяки технологіям та підготовці СБОУ нині стримує противника та проводить успішні «кинджальні» завдання. | |

One of the main parts of the SDSU is a military formation with law enforcement functions, which is part of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, this is the NGU. According to the Law, one of the main functions of the units of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) is to participate in the implementation of measures of the legal regime of martial law, as well as the execution of tasks aimed at stopping the activities of illegal armed groups (IAGr) or paramilitary groups, terrorist organizations, organized groups and criminal organizations. Waging war is a complex and multifaceted process that includes numerous aspects. The main factors of warfare can be conventionally divided into several key aspects: 1. Intelligence; 2. Technological advantage; 3. Human resources; 4. Support of the population; 5. Material resources; 6. Strategy and tactics. These factors interact and determine the success of warfare. It is important to take into account the complex nature of modern conflicts and adapt strategies to rapidly changing circumstances. At a time when, with the help of NATO countries, we master the latest technological means and gain an advantage in using them over the enemy. With permanent human resources for Ukraine and motivational work of competent authorities, regarding the support of the population. Allocating incredible material resources and creating strategies and tactics for victory, few people are working on reforming and bringing to modern indicators, the main factor - Intelligence. Reconnaissance is the main type of combat support, the process of gathering information about enemy troops or other objects using a variety of methods and means. | |
