| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено теоретичній і практичній проблемі формування та практичного застосування окремих елементів механізмів адміністративно-правового забезпечення військового керівництва Національною гвардією України. Розглянуто окремі елементи механізмів адміністративно-правового забезпечення військового керівництва Національною гвардією України, за допомогою яких здійснюється управління з метою забезпечення виконання завдань, які постали перед Національною гвардією України відповідно до законодавства у мирний час і в умовах воєнного стану, а також кризові ситуації, що загрожують державній безпеці. Визначено, що гарантії, заходи, засоби, форми та методи забезпечення службово-бойової діяльності Національної гвардії України є базовими елементами адміністративно-правових механізмів військового керівництва Національною гвардією України. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | The article is devoted to the theoretical and practical problem of the formation and practical application of certain elements of the mechanisms of administrative and legal support of the military leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine. Separate elements of the mechanisms of administrative and legal support of the military leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine, with the help of which management is carried out in order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks facing the National Guard of Ukraine in accordance with the legislation in peacetime and in wartime conditions, as well as crisis situations that threaten state security, are considered. The forms of administrative and legal support of the military leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine are external expression of legal actions and adoption of acts that are homogeneous in nature and legal nature, which ensure the military leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine. It was determined that the guarantees, measures, means, forms and methods of ensuring the service and combat activity of the National Guard of Ukraine are the basic elements of the administrative and legal mechanisms of the military leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine. The authors conclude that the formation of a fundamentally new system of administrative and legal support for the service and combat activities of the National Guard of Ukraine and its military leadership is one of the tasks of systemic reform of the security and defence sector of Ukraine, and therefore further research is required into the entirety of the elements of the mechanism of administrative and legal support for the military leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine. | |
