dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито сутність поняття бойовий досвід, проаналізовано його структурні компоненти, а також педагогічний потенціал щодо систематичного застосування у військово-професійній освіті та підготовці фахівців сил сектору безпеки й оборони. Визначено, ряд особливостей бойового досвіду: екстремальність умов, домінування ризику, висока ціна помилки, необхідність швидкого прийняття рішень в умовах невизначеності, застосування засобів ураження, взаємодія особового складу у високостресових ситуаціях. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «бойовий досвід» ‒ як сукупності знань, умінь, навичок, способів дій, психологічних моделей поведінки та професійних рішень, набутих у процесі реальної бойової діяльності протягом певного часу, на конкретній місцевості та за визначених оперативно-тактичних умов. Проведено структурну декомпозицію феномену на чотири ключові компоненти, які відображають когнітивний, операційний, діяльнісно-поведінковий та емоційно-психологічний виміри.
dc.description.abstractenThe article carries out a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the phenomenon of “combat experience” as a special type of professional experience of a military serviceman, which has a unique nature, content and pedagogical value. The essential features of this concept are revealed, its structural components are analyzed, as well as the pedagogical potential for systematic application in military-professional education and training of specialists of the security and defense sector forces. For theoretical substantiation, methods of systemic analysis, synthesis, comparison, logical decomposition are used, which made it possible to rethink the broader categories of “experience”, “life experience”, “professional experience” and to highlight the specifics of combat activity as an environment for the formation of a military personality. It is substantiated that combat experience is characterized by a number of features, including: extreme conditions, dominance of risk, high cost of error, the need for quick decision-making in conditions of uncertainty, the use of lethal means, and the interaction of personnel in high-stress situations. On this basis, the author's definition of the concept of "combat experience" is proposed as a set of knowledge, abilities, skills, methods of action, psychological models of behavior and professional decisions acquired in the process of real combat activity for a certain time, in a specific area and under certain operational-tactical conditions. The indicated interpretation allows us to clearly distinguish combat experience from general forms of professional military experience that arise outside the conditions of direct contact with the enemy. A structural decomposition of the phenomenon into four key components that reflect the cognitive, operational, activity-behavioral and emotional-psychological dimensions is carried out. It is shown that such a structure provides its holistic scientific understanding and creates a theoretical and methodological basis for the pedagogical transformation of combat experience into elements of the educational process, tactical training and professional education of military personnel.
