dc.description.abstractДосліджено комплексний процес трансформації Національної гвардії України в умовах сучасних безпекових викликів та євроатлантичної інтеграції. Проаналізовано нормативно-правове підґрунтя реформ, зокрема виконання Програми військової стандартизації на 2024–2026 роки та Плану пріоритетних дій Уряду. Особливу увагу приділено еволюції Національної гвардії України до сучасного військового формування з правоохоронними функціями, що відповідає кращим практикам країн-членів Альянсу.
dc.description.abstractenThe article examines the complex process of transformation of the National Guard of Ukraine in the context of modern security challenges and Euro-Atlantic integration. The legal framework of reforms is analyzed, specifically the implementation of the Military Standardization Program for 2024–2026 and the Government's Priority Action Plan. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of the National Guard of Ukraine to a modern military formation with law enforcement functions that meets the best practices of the Alliance member states. The practical aspects of implementing NATO standards (STANAG) in the operational, material, and administrative spheres of the National Guard of Ukraine's activities are considered. The transition to a new management system based on J, G, S-structures is highlighted in detail, which allows optimizing decision-making and ensuring unity of approaches with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and international partners. The role of international programs (DEEP, PDP) and joint exercises in increasing the professional level of personnel and certifying educational programs according to NATO standards is studied. It is substantiated that achieving full interoperability is a critical condition for the integration of the National Guard of Ukraine into the collective security system. Promising directions for further development are identified, including the digitalization of management, modernization of logistics, and implementation of the principles of institutional integrity.
