| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню впливу глобалізаційних процесів на правову ідеологію держави. Зазначено, що держава, право і національна правова система в умовах глобалізаційних процесів піддаються трансформації. Встановлено, що правова ідеологія глобалізації тією чи іншою мірою втілює ліберальну правову ідеологію. Констатовано, що правова ідеологія держави в умовах глобалізації змістовно розширюється. Важливими в її змісті, поряд із традиційними поняттями, цінностями, ідеями, концепціями, теоріями, стають такі ідеї-принципи як: верховенство права, прав людини, поділу влади, правосуддя, демократії. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | The article analyzes the i influence of globalization on the legal ideology of the state. It is noted that globa lization, as a macro-trend of modernity, is a process of deepening ties and integrating all spheres of society of global scale. The state, law and the national legal system are subjected are influenced by tratsformation in the to globalization context.It was found that the specificity of globalization in the legal sphere is that this process is evident in all structural parts of the national legal system. The legal ideology of globalization is embodied in legal policy, legal internationalization, adaptation, harmonization, implementation, unification, in national law, legislation, legal implementation and enforcement, directs and activates the national legal system for interaction and cooperation with international bodies and organizations. The formation of the legal ideology of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization is a process that consists in the conceptual combination and coordination of legal ideas, ideals, values, images that reflect the peculiarities of real and desired national legal development and taking into account the trend of global legal development, world and European legal values and standards, adequate and effective forms and means of protection of national interests. Meaningfully, the process of formation of legal ideology in the globalization context is intrinsically connected with the introduction of world and European legal values and standards. The main directions of forming and spreading the legal ideology of the state in the globalization are: devel opment and adoption at the legal level of the national development strategy (national idea); legal education and training; patriotic and legal education of youth; support and development of national cinematography and literature of legal and educational content; devel opment of the national Internet sector in terms of patriotic and legal content. | |
