dc.description.abstractДосліджено криміналістичне значення інформаційного висвітлення у засобах масової інформації фактів воєнних злочинів, вчинених на території України в умовах повномасштабної збройної агресії російської федерації. Актуальність теми зумовлена масовим характером воєнних злочинів, широким використанням цифрових технологій і відкритих джерел інформації (OSINT), а також роллю медіа як важливого каналу фіксації, поширення та документування доказів воєнних злочинів. Проаналізовано, як оперативне інформаційне висвітлення подій у традиційних і цифрових засобах масової інформації, соціальних мережах, відеоматеріалах, свідченнях очевидців та журналістських розслідуваннях формує криміналістично значущу інформацію про вчинення воєнних злочинів. Констатовано, що така інформація сприяє: виявленню та фіксації слідів злочинів; установленню обставин події (часу, місця, способу вчинення); ідентифікації осіб, причетних до злочинів (як виконавців, так і організаторів); формуванню доказової бази для досудового розслідування та подальшого судового розгляду і покаранню винних осіб.
dc.description.abstractenThe article examines the forensic significance of informational coverage in the mass media of war crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine in the context of the full-scale armed aggression of the russian federation. The relevance of the topic is driven by the mass scale of war crimes, the widespread use of digital technologies and open-source information (OSINT), as well as the role of the media as an important channel for recording, disseminating, and documenting evidence of war crimes. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive study of the significance of informational coverage in the mass media of facts of war crimes, aimed at substantiating its role as an independent source of forensically significant information and developing scientifically grounded recommendations on the effective use of media materials in the processes of detection, recording, documentation, and proving war crimes. The study analyzes how prompt media coverage of events in traditional and digital mass media, social networks, video materials, eyewitness testimonies, and journalistic investigations forms criminally significant information about the commission of war crimes. It has been established that such information contributes to: the detection and fixation of traces of crimes; establishing the circumstances of the event (time, place, method of commission); identifying persons involved in the crimes (both perpetrators and organizers); and forming an evidentiary base for pre-trial investigation, subsequent court proceedings, and the punishment of guilty persons. The article examines the criminalistic significance of media coverage of war crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine under the conditions of the full-scale armed aggression of the russian federation. The relevance of the topic is determined by the massive nature of war crimes, the widespread use of digital technologies and open-source information (OSINT), as well as the role of the media as an important channel for recording, disseminating, and documenting evidence of war crimes.
