| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто показники та критерій ефективності для оцінювання можливості успішного виконання бойового завдання похідною охороною під час здійснення маршу. Ці показники та критерій ґрунтуються на тактико-технічних характеристиках наявних одиниць озброєння, військової техніки, засобів спостереження та застосуванні відомих і апробованих положеннях теорій ймовірностей та моделювання бойових дій. Зазначено, що оцінювання прогнозованої можливості виконати основні завдання похідною охороною підрозділу проводиться на прикладі батальйону оперативного призначення, який здійснює марш. У дослідженні було прийнято обмеження та допущення, а також визначено межі дослідження, в рамках яких здобуті результати можна вважати прийнятними для практичного застосування. Представлено цільову функцію, показники та критерій ефективності для оцінювання можливості виконати бойове завдання похідною охороною щодо недопущення раптового нападу противника на підрозділ під час здійснення маршу. Здобуті результати може бути поширено для застосування іншими військовими формуваннями та силовими відомствами. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | The performance indicators and criteria are based on the tactical and technical characteristics of the available weapons units, military equipment, means of surveillance and the application of known and proven provisions of probability theories and simulation of combat operations. The assessment of the forecasted ability to perform the main tasks of the mobile guard of the unit is carried out on the example of a battalion of operational assignment, which is marching. Limitations and assumptions were accepted in the work: the level of training (education) of the personnel is accepted as sufficient; the moral and psychological state of personnel is accepted as satisfactory; the technical condition of weapons and military equipment is estimated to be in working order; the probabilities of destroying the enemy with that type of weapon are known and do not change in different conditions of a combined military battle; the effectiveness of conducting reconnaissance by the forces of the forward guard is assumed to be equal to the declared range according to the tactical and technical characteristics of the available means of surveillance; camouflage measures, topography, time of year, weather conditions are not taken into account. The boundaries of the study were defined within which the obtained results can be considered acceptable for practical application: the existing legislative and regulatory framework, which defines the tasks, functions, numerical composition, structure, rights and duties of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine; the existing scientific and methodological apparatus, which can be used to study the process of assessing the possibility of performing a combat task by the marching guard in order to prevent a sudden enemy attack on the main forces during the march of the unit. Enemy ambushes and raids can pose an increased threat to the columns of the main forces during the march. The enemy can use heavy armored vehicles, artillery, road mining and other diversionary actions on traffic routes. Untimely detection of an enemy ambush by the forward guard of a unit of the National Guard of Ukraine can lead to significant losses among the personnel of the unit of the main forces, weapons and military equipment. The success of the mission by the mobile guard during the march depends to a greater extent on the combat experience of the commanders on the ground. However, the experience may be insufficient or completely absent. It is possible to conclude that in the available known sources, forecasting the possibility of successful execution of a combat mission by a forward guard is not carried out comprehensively. Therefore, issues of organization of derivative protection and evaluation of its effectiveness require attention. The study presents the objective function, indicators, and performance criterion for evaluating the ability to perform a combat task by the mobile guard in order to prevent a sudden enemy attack on the unit during the march. The obtained results can be disseminated for use by other military formations and law enforcement agencies. The direction of further research has been chosen to develop a model for assessing the ability to perform a combat task by mobile guards in order to prevent a sudden enemy attack on a unit of the National Guard of Ukraine during the march. | |
