dc.description.abstractУ статті доведено, що соціально-економічні права слід розглядати як комплексне нормативне утворення, призначенням якого є визначення та закріплення правового становища людини у сфері праці, зайнятості, добробуту, соціального захисту, створення гарантій її захищеності від голоду, хвороб, інших соціальних катаклізмів. Запропоновано під соціально-економічними правами розуміти систему закріплених на конституційному рівні можливостей людини реалізувати свої здібності, здобуваючи засоби до існування, а також можливість отримання від держави певних матеріальних благ, необхідних для підтримання гідного рівня життя та розвитку.
dc.description.abstractenThe article proves that socio-economic rights should be considered as a complex regulatory entity, the purpose of which is to define and consolidate the legal position of a person in the sphere of work, employment, welfare, social protection, creating guarantees of his protection against hunger, diseases, and other social cataclysms. It is suggested that socio-economic rights should be understood as a system of constitutionally established opportunities for a person to realize his abilities by obtaining a means of livelihood, as well as the possibility of receiving certain material goods from the state, necessary for maintaining a decent standard of living and development.
