dc.descriptionThe article is devoted to the development of a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of medical and psychological rehabilitation of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the context of modern combat operations. The relevance of the study is determined by the sig-nificant losses among personnel due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, which makes the issue of effective rehabilitation, including both medical and psychological components, critically important for restoring the combat capability of servicemen. Existing methods for evaluating the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures have limitations, as they do not take into account a comprehensive approach that includes time, resource, and economic factors, as well as the specifics of psychological rehabilitation. The article proposes a new methodology based on the use of vector algebra and Laplace transform methods to calculate an integral indicator of effectiveness. The developed methodology allows for a comprehensive assessment of the rehabilitation process, taking into account the degree of implementation of specialized mea-sures, their duration, labor intensity, cost, and psycho-logical aspects. A numerical example is provided, which confirms the adequacy and feasibility of the proposed approach. The obtained results can be used to optimize the pro-cesses of medical and psychological rehabilitation in the military sphere. Prospects for further research include improving the methodology for assessing effectiveness at different hierarchical levels of the medical support system, as well as expanding the application of the proposed approach to analyze other aspects of mil-itary medicine. The article provides recommendations for implementing the methodology into the practice of medical support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено розробленню методики оцінювання ефективності медико-психологічної реабілітації військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України в умовах сучасних бойових дій. Запропоновано комплексний підхід, що враховує часові, ресурсні та економічні фактори, а також психологічні аспекти. Методи-ка базується на векторній алгебрі та перетворенні Лапласа для розрахунку інтегрального показника ефективності. Наведено числовий приклад, що підтверджує працездатність підходу. Результати може бути використано для оптимізації реабілітаційних процесів та впровадження у систему медичного забезпечення Збройних Сил України
