Рекомендації щодо впровадження для застосування протоколів передачі важливої інформації підрозділами Національної гвардії України під час виконання бойових завдань

| dc.description.abstract | У статті зазначено, що під час виконання бойових завдань військовослужбовці оперативних та розвідувальних підрозділів у бою мають особливо обмежений час для реагування на раптову ситуацію. Виконуючи завдання у складі бойових груп, відділення, взводу важливим процесом є передача інформації як від командира до підлеглого особового складу, так і у зворотному порядку. Несвоєчасна та неповна передана інформація може стати підґрунтям для прийняття рішення командиром. Як наслідок, рішення буде прийматися довше за часом, а також може бути помилковим, зважаючи на реальну обстановку, що склалася. З метою впорядкування процесу надання даних, які потребує командир та органи управління щодо прийняття рішення, для оперативних та розвідувальних підрозділів Національної гвардії України у статті запропоновано рекомендації щодо впровадження протоколів передачі інформації. Застосування запропонованих протоколів передачі інформації дасть змогу підвищити ефективність та оперативність передачі даних як від окремого військовослужбовця, так і до органів управління тактичного рівня – командно-спостережних пунктів взводів та рот й штабів батальйон | |
| dc.description.abstracten | During the execution of combat missions, military personnel of operational and reconnaissance units in battle have a particularly limited time to respond to a sudden situation. When performing tasks as part of combat groups, detachments, and platoon, an important process is the transfer of information both from the commander to the subordinate personnel and vice versa. Untimely and incomplete information provided may become the basis for the commander’s decision. As a result, the decision will be made both over time and may be erroneous, based on the actual situation. Analyzing the conduct of hostilities during the fullscale invasion of the aggressor country, he showed that clear and timely transmission of information is one of the important factors for the coordinated actions of the unit during the execution of combat missions by operational and intelligence units of the National Guard of Ukraine. For effective countermeasures against the enemy, both individual servicemen and units from their management bodies are entrusted with the performance of various combat tasks that require high coordination, organized actions and a unified understanding of the situation. During the execution of combat missions, the situation in the combat area can change dramatically. Given the sudden changes in the situation, there may be a need for quick clarification and correction of previously set tasks. One of the options for achieving an increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of providing and receiving the necessary data can be the use of information transfer protocols during the execution of combat missions, which are defined by legislation in the list of the main functions and duties of the National Guard of Ukraine. The article examines the issue of improving the qua lity of training of servicemen of operational and intelligence units of the National Guard of Ukraine during combat missions through the use of protocols for the transfer of important information. The conditions and content of the options of the report were described in accordance with the protocols for the transfer of important information. The use of important information transfer protocols gives the advantage of reducing the time for a report in various critical situations to 1/3 and makes it possible to reach the value of the probability of promptness of information transfer at the level of 0.95. If you consider the described information transfer protocols «3D», «SALUTE», «ACE», «GOTWA» according to their content, understand the clear sequence of information provision, then significant knowledge of the English language is not required at all. Based on the results of the established advantage, recommendations were made on the implementation of protocols for the transfer of important information to the collection of standards for units of the National Guard of Ukraine for systematic training of personnel and increasing the efficiency of managing actions during combat missions. | |
