| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено аналізу медичного забезпечення військовослужбовців під час ведення бойових дій. Окреслено актуальність проблеми та можливі шляхи вирішення. Для аналізу використано різноманітні джерела та законодавчі акти, зокрема, наукові публікації та звіти. У статті також розглянуто історичний контекст та сучасний досвід війни, організацію медичного забезпечення військовослужбовців, медичні інновації та їх вплив на медичне забезпечення. Результати дослідження вказують на необхідність визначення проблем та шляхів удосконалення медичного забезпечення, зважаючи на реалії сьогодення та досвід ведення бойових дій із російською федерацією. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | The article is devoted to the analysis of the medical support of military personnel during hostilities. The relevance of the problem and possible ways of improvement are outlined. Various sources and legislative acts, in particular, scientific publications and reports, were used for the analysis. The article also examines the historical context and modern experience of the war, the organization of me dical care for servicemen, medical innovations and their impact on medical care. The study indicates the need to identify problems and ways to improve medical care, taking into account the realities of today and the experience of conducting hostilities with russia federation. Medical care of servicemen during hostilities is one of the most important components of a military operation, which directly affects the combat effectiveness of units, the morale of the military and the final result of military campaigns. In the conditions of modern armed conflicts, which are characterized by the high intensity of hostilities, the complexity of conducting asymmetric and hybrid wars, the issues of effective organization of medical care are becoming more and more urgent. A look at current publications on the topic of medical care for military personnel during military operations shows that regardless of the significant achievements in this area, nutritional optimization of the organization of medical assistance will be lost, improving the effectiveness of medical personnel and ensuring continuous training for medical personnel. However, analysis of recent and current wars makes it possible to identify the most effective models of medical care and their potential for further expansion. Research methods include a review of the scienti fic literature, analysis of statistical data from combat wounds and their findings, as well as interviews with experts in the field of military medicine. The development of an integrated approach makes it possible to eliminate the deep understanding of the current state of medical security in serious conflicts and identify key directions for further development. Also, monitoring the medical care of military personnel during combat operations is an important step towards increasing the effectiveness of military operations and preserving the life and health of military personnel in current mind assistance to the wounded; experience in providing medical assistance; tactical medicine Criminal-legal provision of state security in the field of anti-corruption. | |
