| dc.description | The article is devoted to the legal aspect of provid-ing first aid during combat operations. The relevance of the problem and possible ways of improvement are outlined. Various sources and legislative acts, in particular, scientific publications and reports, were used for the analysis.The article also examines international and contemporary war experience in the context of organizing the provision of first-aid care. The results of the study indicate the need to identify problems and ways to improve the provision of first-aid care, taking into account current realities and the experience of conducting hostilities with the russian federation, as well as the need for legal protection of persons providing first-aid care.The purpose of the study is to study international legal norms regarding the provision of home medical care during military conflicts, analyze Ukrainian legislation regulating the procedure and conditions for the provision of home medical care, determine the circle of per-sons who have the right to provide home medical care, as well as their rights, obligations and possible legal liability, to outline problems and gaps in the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of home medical care during hostilities, to develop recommendations for im-proving the legal regulation of the provision of home medical care in accordance with international standards. In the context of providing first aid during hostilities, a key role is played by medical personnel, as well as non-medical personnel who have the necessary training. Their powers, rights and obligations are regulated by national legislation, international humanitarian law, in particular the Geneva Conventions, as well as regulatory legal acts of Ukraine. Modern combat operations taking place in conditions of armed conflicts require not only a high level of organization of military operations, but also an effective system of providing first aid. First aid itself is often crucial for preserving the life and health of military personnel and civilians in a combat zone.Today, there are a number of problems in the legal regulation of this process, including: gaps in the legislation, lack of clarity in the defined rights and obligations of persons providing home medical care, as well as providing an effective mechanism for protecting such persons from legal liability | |
| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено правовому аспекту надання домедичної допомоги під час ведення бойових дій. Окреслено актуальність проблеми та можливі шляхи вдосконалення. Для аналізу використано різноманітні джерела та законодавчі акти, зокрема, наукові публікації та звіти. Розглянуто міжнародний досвід та досвід російсько-української війни в контексті організації надання домедичної допомоги. Вказано, що результати дослідження вказують на необхідність визначення проблем та шляхів удосконалення надання домедичної допомоги, зважаючи на реалії сьогодення та досвід ведення бойових дій із російською федерацією, а також на необхідності правового захисту осіб, які надають до-медичну допомогу | |
