| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано поняття “педагогічні умови”. Визначено, що воно не має єдиного тлумачення та залежить від контексту наукового дослідження. Дано власне трактування поняття педагогічних умов , як сукупність обставин, які сприяють якісному формуванню готовності майбутніх офіцерів до інженерного забезпечення підрозділу Національної гвардії України в процесі професійної підготовки. На власному професійному й бойовому досвіді були виокремлені та структуровані педагогічні умови. Проведено експертне оцінювання педагогічних умов за ступенем їхньої вагомості. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | The article analyzes the concept of “pedagogical conditions”. It is determined that it does not have a single interpretation and depends on the context of scientific research; some scientists interpret it as factors, others as circumstances, and still others as opportunities, etc. The author’s interpretation of the concept of pedagogical conditions is given as a set of circumstances that contribute to the qualitative formation of the readiness of future officers for the engineering support of the National Guard of Ukraine in the process of professional training. Based on our own professional and combat experience, we have identified and structured pedagogical conditions, namely ten pedagogical conditions that can shape the readiness of future officers for engineering support. An expert assessment of pedagogical conditions was conducted according to their degree of importance. Nine experts were involved in this process. Leading specialists in the field of engineering training, who are also employers of future graduates or teachers of engineering support disciplines for future officers, formed the expert group. A special letter was developed for the expert assessment, in which experts were asked to rank the selected pedagogical conditions according to their importance. Based on the expert assessment, a matrix was compiled to rank the pedagogical conditions for preparing future officers for engineering support of the National Guard of Ukraine units during their professional training. Based on the results of the expert assessment, three pedagogical conditions for the formation of the studied readiness were selected, which received the highest ratings. Namely: changing the motivation of future officers to engineering support; updating the content of the educational publication on engineering support; introducing contextual learning into the educational activities of future officers while studying engineering support. | |
