dc.description.abstractНа основі відкритої офіційної інформації досліджено динаміку обігу джерел іонізуючого випромінювання в Україні, а також 112 задокументованих випадків виявлення джерел іонізуючого випромінювання, радіоактивних матеріалів та об’єктів з ознаками радіаційної небезпеки поза регуляторним контролем упродовж 2015–2025 рр. Виокремлено типові сценарії, середовища та ознаки їх первинного розпізнавання. Обґрунтовано практичне значення результатів для підготовки й реагування сил сектору безпеки і оборони.
dc.description.abstractenThis article examines the issue of detecting sources of ionizing radiation, radioactive materials, and other objects exhibiting signs of radiation hazard outside regulatory control in Ukraine during the period 2015–2025. The relevance of the topic stems from the widespread use of sources of ionizing radiation in medicine, industry, science, metrology, and security systems, which increases the risk of losing control over individual objects. In the context of armed aggression against Ukraine, this issue is of significance to the security and defense sectors. The purpose of this article is to systematically summarize and analyze cases of detection of ionizing radiation sources and radioactive materials outside regulatory control in Ukraine in 2015–2025, identify patterns in these cases, and establish guidelines for the initial identification of such objects. To achieve this goal, the dynamics of the number of incidents involving ionizing radiation in Ukraine and cases of radioactive materials in illegal circulation were analyzed; 112 documented cases were systematized; and groups of indicators for initial identification were determined.
