| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто роль та значення Національної гвардії України у забезпеченні оборони і безпеки держави. Вказано, що це військове формування має унікальні особливості, які дозволяють їй швидко втрутитися в будь-якому регіоні країни для виконання військових завдань. Аналіз її статусу дав змогу зробити висновок про те, що Національна гвардія України є правоохоронним органом, проаналізовано правові аспекти її ролі у виконанні правоохоронних функцій держави. Охарактеризовано нормативно-правові акти, що регламентують питання використання стрілецької зброї представниками НГУ. Зроблено висновок про можливість і необхідність в окремих випадках застосовувати стрілецьку зброю для протидії безпілотним літальним апаратам противника. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | The article provides an overview of the role and significance of the National Guard of Ukraine in ensuring the defense and security of the state. It is noted that this military organization has unique features that allow it to quickly intervene in any region of the country to perform military tasks. Analyzing its status, it is concluded that the National Guard of Ukraine has the status of a law enforcement agency, and the legal aspects of its role in performing law enforcement functions of the state are analyzed. This includes participation in special operations against armed groups and criminal organizations on the territory of Ukraine, as well as measures to prevent illegal border crossings. Additionally, it takes part in special operations to neutralize unauthorized militarized or armed formations, participate in restoring constitutional order in case of attempts to seize state power or change the constitutional order through violence, and participate in implementing the legal regime of martial law. The regulatory legal acts regulating the use of small arms by representatives of the National Guard of Ukraine are characterized. Based on the analysis conducted, it is concluded about the possibility and necessity in certain cases to use small arms to counter enemy unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as to conduct defensive fire during attacks by fast-moving aircraft and helicopters. In the future development of the National Guard of Ukraine, there is a plan to create a mobile, combat-ready, and autonomous military formation with law enforcement functions. This formation will consist of professional, motivated, and psychologically prepared servicemen equipped with modern weapons, military equipment, and special means. Its task will be to perform a wide range of tasks in the shortest possible time in any region of the country. It is emphasized that the modern National Guard of Ukraine is an effective tool for containing and countering threats of armed conflicts on the territory of Ukraine, especially at their initial stages, both internal and externally instigated. | |
