dc.description.abstractУ статті за результатами проведеного дослідження обґрунтовано необхідність підготовки майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України (НГУ) для посад заступника командира підрозділу по роботі з особовим складом за освітньою програмою «Морально-психологічне забезпечення підрозділів НГУ» або «Соціально-правове забезпечення підрозділів НГУ» спеціальності 254 Забезпечення військ (сил). Здійснення підготовки майбутніх офіцерів для інших посад має враховувати вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Морально-психологічне забезпечення підготовки та застосування військових формувань». Запропоновано елементи методики реалізації змістових модулів цієї дисципліни.
dc.description.abstractenThis article identifies the necessity of preparing specialists in Moral and Psychological Support (MPS) for units of the National Guard of Ukraine based on the results of conducted research. The training of future officers for positions such as Deputy Commander of the unit (manpower and personnel) is conducted within the educational programs «Moral and Psychological Support for units of the National Guard of Ukraine» or «Social and Legal Support for Units of the National Guard of Ukraine», under the specialty 254 – Military Support. Training future officers for other positions should take into account the implementation of the educational discipline «Moral and Psychological Support for the training and deployment of military formations». The mandatory elements of the methodology for implementing the content modules of the educational discipline include the elucidation of the content of regulatory acts concerning the implementation of MPS components, the use of case studies to assess the ability of higher education students to make decisions regarding the implementation of MPS measures and their direct execution, involvement of specialist in MPS who are combat veterans to enrich studies, evaluation of the actions of higher education students based on the results of their implementation of case studies and providing real examples of service and combat activities.
