dc.description.abstractНаведено результати й особливості дослідницької експлуатації речового майна у трьох основних умовах застосування: посилена бойова підготовка, виконання службово-бойових завдань і бойових спеціальних завдань. Показано, що результати дослідницької експлуатації речового майна у зазначених умовах суттєво відрізняються від результатів дослідницьких випробувань, передбачених військовими стандартами. Для оцінювання виробів під час дослідницької експлуатації речового майна запропоновано підхід до розрахунку узагальненого середнього бала як за окремими властивостями, так і за сукупністю всіх властивостей. Обґрунтовано також застосування методу зваженого середнього бала для врахування пріоритетності бойових властивостей, що дає змогу мінімізувати вплив другорядних показників на кінцевий результат і підвищити об’єктивність експертного висновку. Запроваджено визначення понять «дослідницька експлуатація» та «додаткове речове майно».
dc.description.abstractenThe paper presents the results and identifies the specific features of the experimental operation of clothing and equipment under three main conditions of their application: during intensive combat training, as well as in the course of performing service-combat and special combat tasks. It has been established that the results obtained during experimental operation differ significantly from those of standard testing defined by current military standards and regulatory documents. This is due to the impact of real operating conditions, intensity of use, and the combined influence of factors inherent to the combat environment. The study substantiates the necessity of improving approaches to evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clothing and equipment during their practical use. In particular, a methodological approach to calculating a generalized average score is proposed, both for individual characteristics and for their overall set, which enables a comprehensive assessment of the tested samples. Special attention is given to the application of the weighted average method, which allows accounting for the priority of combat characteristics, minimizes the influence of secondary indicators on the final result, and enhances the objectivity of expert evaluation. Within the framework of the study, the definitions of "experimental operation" and "additional clothing and equipment" are introduced, contributing to the standardization of terminology in this field. The proposed approach can be applied in organizing and conducting experimental operation of new samples, as well as in supporting decision-making regarding their further implementation in the clothing and equipment supply system of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for improving the methodology of experimental operation of clothing and equipment and to generalize the results obtained under various conditions of their use. The study employs empirical research methods, including observation, generalization of practical experience, and analysis of the obtained results.
