Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано змістово-функціональну модель формування здатності майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України до застосування штатного озброєння підрозділу в процесі професійної підготовки у вищому військовому навчальному закладі. Методологічну основу моделі становлять компетентнісний, діяльнісний, системний і контекстний підходи. Визначено структуру досліджуваної здатності як інтегративного результату підготовки, що охоплює мотиваційно-ціннісний, когнітивний, діяльнісний і рефлексивно-психологічний компоненти. Модель подано як цілісну педагогічну систему, що включає методологічно-цільовий, організаційно-змістовий і результативно-оцінний блоки. Розкрито педагогічні умови реалізації моделі: інтеграцію бойового досвіду, використання сучасних технічних засобів навчання, тренажерних і віртуальних середовищ, кейс-методу та навчальних ігор. Визначено критерії, показники й рівні сформованості здатності. Доведено, що запропонована модель забезпечує поетапний перехід від засвоєння знань до формування стійких практичних навичок застосування озброєння в умовах, наближених до службово-бойових.
Опис
Introduction. The transformation of service and combat activity of the National Guard of Ukraine and the expansion of the spectrum of operational tasks determine increased requirements for the professional training of future officers, in particular for their ability to use standard unit weapons in various operational conditions. Modern military education is focused on competence-based results, integration of combat experience, simulation technologies and practice-oriented pedagogical solutions. This актуalizes the need for scientifically grounded pedagogical modeling of the process of forming the ability of future NGU officers to apply standard weapons of a unit.
Purpose – to substantiate and present a content-functional model of forming the ability of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to use standard unit weapons in the process of professional training at a higher military educational institution.
Methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature and regulatory documents; comparison and generalization of pedagogical models of professional readiness of officers; structural and functional modeling; systematization; tabular modeling of model components.
Results. A content-functional model of forming the ability of future NGU officers to use standard unit weapons has been developed and characterized. The structure of this ability is defined as a set of interconnected motivational-value, cognitive, activity and reflexive-psychological components. The model includes methodological-target, organizational-content and result-evaluation blocks and is implemented through modular content, scenario-based tasks, case method, training exercises and simulation technologies. Pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the model implementation are specified: integration of combat experience into training, interdisciplinary coordination of content, staged complication of tasks, and systematic feedback and diagnostics.
Originality. The originality of the study lies in the development of a specialized content-functional model focused specifically on forming the ability to use standard unit weapons, which integrates competence-based, activity and contextual approaches, combines simulation, case-based and game training technologies, and links component structure with measurable criteria and levels of formation.
Conclusion. The proposed model ensures systematic and practice-oriented formation of the ability of future NGU officers to use standard unit weapons and can be implemented in the professional training system of higher military educational institutions. Its application allows aligning learning outcomes, pedagogical technologies and diagnostic tools and increases the effectiveness of firearms and tactical training. The model can serve as a basis for further experimental verification and digital monitoring of training results.
