| dc.description.abstract | Аналіз сучасних наукових праць, нормативно-правових актів, онлайн-опитувань, зустрічі та бесіди зі здобувачами вищих військових навчальних закладів Національної гвардії України стали підставою для внесення змін до освітніх програм Київського інституту Національної гвардії України. Визначені подальші завдання дослідження, спрямовані на формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України до ведення бойових дій і порядку в процесі професійної підготовки. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | In this study, an analysis of modern scientific works, textbooks and legal acts related to the professional training of officers of the National Guard of Ukraine was carried out. Based on the results of online surveys and personal meetings with graduates of higher military educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine, important aspects that were not sufficiently taken into account in the existing educational programs were revealed. In addition, using analytical and statistical data on the effectiveness of units of the National Guard of Ukraine and taking into account the authorʼs personal combat experience, changes were proposed to the educational programs of the Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine. The main purpose of these changes was to prepare future officers for combat operations and ensure order in the process of their professional training. Based on the results of the study, further tasks aimed at improving the training process of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine were determined. The recommendations obtained from this study will contribute to the improvement of the professional training of the officers and increase the overall effectiveness of the National Guard of Ukraine in combat conditions. | |
