dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано підходи до розвитку комплексу бойового екіпірування військовослужбовця. Установлено, що чинні підходи переважно орієнтовані на ведення бойових дій і не повною мірою враховують специфіку виконання завдань за призначенням підрозділами Національної гвардії України за межами пункту постійної дислокації. Досліджено особливості формування переліку елементів речового та продовольчого забезпечення військовослужбовця залежно від характеру, тривалості та умов виконання завдань. На основі експертного підходу запропоновано переліки елементів речового і продовольчого забезпечення, рекомендованих військовослужбовцеві Національної гвардії України для якісного виконання завдань за призначенням.
dc.description.abstractenAccording to the Law of Ukraine "On the National Guard of Ukraine", military units and subdivisions of the National Guard of Ukraine are entrusted with twenty main and three temporary functions. Most of the tasks, in accordance with the specified functions, military units (subunits) can perform in isolation from the point of permanent deployment. For this purpose, it is necessary to have an appropriate set of combat equipment, as well as material and food support for a serviceman, the presence of which will allow to increase the efficiency of his personal and unit-specific performance of tasks assigned in isolation from the point of permanent (temporary) deployment of the unit, military unit or formation. Such items include a set of items that are required in addition to the seasonal uniform and equipment, which, in accordance with the governing documents, a serviceman must necessarily wear. The specified set of items must be constantly stored in the military unit (subunit), correspond to the purpose of a certain task and have the function of an untouched reserve for a serviceman until the moment of its use (engagement of a serviceman to perform a certain task as assigned). Today, the guiding documents regulating the material and food supply of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine do not pay attention to this issue at all. Since 2014, in particular, with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the troops of the russian federation, the work of most scientists and military personnel has been aimed at improving the complex of combat equipment for conducting combat operations. However, the list of elements of the specified complex can be used to perform only some tasks as assigned by the military unit (subunits) of the National Guard of Ukraine. In addition, until February 2022, there was such a concept in the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine as an "alarm suitcase" and its equipment was determined by the order of the unit commander or the head of the operational-territorial association. However, usually this equipment was limited only to a general list of property, the same for all categories of servicemen and most of this list may not be needed when performing certain tasks as intended.
