| dc.description.abstract | Проведено аналіз наукових праць, нормативно-правових актів, онлайн-опитування, зустрічі та бесіди з випускниками вищих військових навчальних закладів Національної гвардії України, на підставі яких внесені зміни до змісту освітніх програм Київського інституту Національної гвардії України. Визначені подальші завдання дослідження, спрямовані на формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України до виконання службових завдань з охорони громадської безпеки і порядку в процесі професійної підготовки. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | Based on the results of the research, the article substantiates the need to improve the professional training of future officers of military units (subunits) for the protection of public order of the National Guard of Ukraine. An analysis of scientific papers, regulatory and legal acts, online surveys, meetings and conversations with graduates of higher military educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine was carried out, based on which changes were made to the content of educational programs of the Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine (educational programs of the Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine were reworked – basic and specialized tactical level courses (L1–A, L–1B) were introduced, including the educational discipline “Moral and psychological support of training and use of military formations”; the considered proposal of the graduates regarding the educational discipline “Service and combat activity of units” – it is defined as selective). Further tasks of the study aimed at forming the readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to perform official tasks for the protection of public safety and order in the process of professional training have been determined (analyse the state of the problem; clarify the criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to perform official tasks for the protection of public safety and order; identify and theoretically substantiate pedagogical conditions; experimentally check the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions). | |
