| dc.description.abstract | Обґрунтовано визначення компетентності “здатність застосовувати засоби радіоелектронної боротьби (РЕБ)” майбутніми офіцерами Національної гвардії України – це професійна якість, що проявляється у здатності ефективно організовувати, планувати та реалізовувати заходи РЕБ в умовах ведення службово-бойових дій, базуючись на поєднанні спеціальних знань, умінь, навичок, способів мислення, відповідального ставлення до збереження життя особового складу, а також готовності до самостійного прийняття рішень у динамічному та складному бойовому середовищі; виявлені компоненти зазначеної компетентності – когнітивний, практичний, ціннісно-мотиваційний та аналітично-рефлексивний. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | In this scientific article, methods of scientific research, such as analysis and synthesis, were employed to analyze professional, pedagogical, and military literature on the application of electronic warfare (EW) assets, the competency-based approach, and the training of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU). Analogy, generalization, and classification were used to construct a structural model of the competency. As a result of the conducted research, the following scientific outcomes were obtained: a substantiated definition of the competency “capability to employ EW assets by future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine” was formulated. It is a professional quality manifested in the ability to effectively organize, plan, and execute EW measures under conditions of service and combat operations, based on a combination of special knowledge, skills, abilities, ways of thinking, a responsible attitude towards preserving the lives of personnel, and readiness for independent decision-making in a dynamic and complex combat environment. The components of this competency were identified, the formation level of which should be studied separately, as each is crucial for a future officer. These components are: cognitive (types, tasks, and assets of EW; principles of operation of electronic warfare assets, both friendly and enemy; tactics of EW application in various types of combat), practical (to plan and organize the employment of organic and other EW assets; to detect and assess signals in the radio-electronic spectrum, to analyze the radio-electronic environment; to use EW in conjunction with other types of combat support; to implement electronic protection measures, enemy deception, and physical and electronic camouflage of own assets), value-motivational (awareness of the criticality of EW for the preservation of personnel’s lives; readiness for the creative use of available assets to conduct EW in non-standard conditions), and analytical reflexive (the ability to analyze the results of EW application; to adjust actions in real-time according to changes in the operational environment; the ability to draw conclusions to enhance the unit’s operational effectiveness). | |
